GRAND MARNIER X BACCARAT
Grand Mariner debuted their rare Cognac, Quintessence, housed in a Baccarat carafe, for the first time in the United States.
To celebrate the remarkable moment for the brand, Grand Marnier and Baccarat hosted a private, multisensory experience inside the stunning Baccarat Bbar & Lounge in the Miami Design District. Grand Marnier and Baccarat led guests through an evening that engaged all five senses before indulging in Quintessence.

Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of 8+ people over 2 nights to load in the activation, responsibilities included delegating tasks, answering technical questions, and communicating with vendors on site
- Determined final material finishes, and lighting fixtures based on sourced vendors, material samples, and pricing
- Designed CAD draftings using Vectorworks for multiple outside fabrication shops based on client renderings and approvals
- Created 3D models of the activation area and existing structures based on site visit sketches and measurements
- Tracked, documented, and collaborated with project management, estimators, and creative department during fabrication
- Created list of required materials (including client assets) certifications, and contact information for activation and load in
- Supervised truck loading from shop to activation site to ensure all necessary items were packed in the correct manner
