Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of 8+ people over a 2 day load, responsibilities included delegating tasks, answering technical questions, and communicating with the client and vendors on site
- Researched, sourced, and determined final material finishes based on vendors, material samples, budget, and timeline
- Designed client and fabrication shop CAD draftings using Vectorworks, based on client renderings and approvals
- Supervised truck loading from shop to activation site, ensuring all items were packed correctly
- Created 3D models of the activation area and existing structures based on site visit sketches and measurements
- Tracked, documented, and collaborated during shop fabrication process, ensuring product quality
- Created list of required materials (including client assets) certifications, and contact information for activation and load in
