Responsibilities
- Assisted in lead a crew of 8+ people during a 1 day load in, responsibilities included delegating tasks, answering technical questions, supervising docked trucks unloading assets, and communicating with the client and vendors on site
- Collaborated with estimators, fabric and sewing, and creative departments during fabrication
- Collaborated with project management team to communicate with the client regarding approvals and draftings
- Created 3D models of the activation area based on site visits, sketches and measurements
- Determined final material finishes based on sourced vendors, material samples, and pricing
- Designed client facing, and fabrication shop CAD draftings based on client renderings and approvals
- Tracked and documented shop fabrication process to ensure product quality
- Created list of required materials, certifications, and contact information for activation and load in
